Do I have to pay per scan?

No, MenuHost allows unlimited scans and views of your menu.

They can either use the QR Code by scanning the table card with their phone or typing your custom Menuhost link also on the table card in any website browser.

No, but we do allow you to design your card and setup your QR code before you purchase so you can see what it looks like.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments.

If ordered, the table card comes fully laminated and is water proof. It should be wiped down and disinfected between seatings. Like all printed products the cards will be subject to customer wear and tear and should be replaced periodically.

No, once the card is scanned, your restaurant’s website or menu will be displayed on the customer’s phone. They can then order in person as they normally would with a printed menu. If your restaurant uses a customer ordering application available through a website, you can set that as the URL they are directed to when they scan the table card.

Your changed menu or website will update instantly once changed in the client dashboard.

No! Your menu and URL can be updated without having to switch the card!

No, if you want you can just download the menu image for your own printing or only download the QR code to create your own design.

Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your printed menus in 2-4 business days. But you can download the image or QR code instantly, once you have subscribed.

We do not offer custom design services at this time. We currently have 10 design templates for you to choose from with many more on the way.

Menuhost offers you a place to enter the source code for as many services as you want. You can track and retarget customers across any platform you are advertising on, whether it is Google, Facebook or any other platform.

We offer one QR code per subscription. The best solution for locations with multiple menus is to link to a single website that offers customers to then select the appropriate menu.
